Why have an Organizational Meeting?

An Organizational Meeting must be conducted subsequent to the receipt of the Articles of Incorporation from the Secretary of State.  The purpose of the Organizational Meeting is to commence the operations of the company.  Such commencement of operations includes the formulation of Bylaws, the election of the Board of Directors, and the election of officers.
