Corporate records should be maintained by each new corporation.  The officers of the corporation should maintain the control and updates of the minutes, the Articles, the ByLaws and other official documents of the corporation which have been filed with the Secretary of State.  Generally, the Secretary of the corporation should maintain these records and make them available to all shareholders at times of reasonable request.
